Data controller

The controller of your data is the owner of Arcanaia:

What we don't collect

Arcanaia doesn't ask you to sign up. The questions you type into the readings are never sent to a server: they stay in your browser so that asking the same question again gives you the same reading. You can delete them at any time from your browser settings.

What data is handled and why

• Visit statistics (Google Analytics): pages viewed, device type and approximate location, to learn which content works. Only with your consent.
• Advertising (Google AdSense): Google may use cookies to show ads and measure how they perform. Personalized ads are only shown if you consent; otherwise Google shows non-personalized ads.
• Operation and security (Cloudflare, which hosts the site): technical logs such as your IP address, needed to serve the pages and protect them from attacks. This is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
• Emails you send us: if you write to the contact address, we use your email and what you tell us only to reply, and delete it once it is no longer needed.
• Weekly horoscope by email: if you sign up, we keep your email address, your sign and your language to send you your weekly horoscope every Monday. You're only added once you confirm through the link we send you. This is based on your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email, after which we stop writing to you.
• 2027 guide: if you sign up from the 2027 pages, we also add you to a list for that audience so we can occasionally send you Arcanaia news about 2027, such as new readings or reports. It relies on the same consent and you unsubscribe with the same link.

Each cookie is listed in the cookie policy.

Who data is shared with

Google (Analytics and AdSense) and Cloudflare, acting as service providers. Both may process data outside the European Union, in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We don't sell data to anyone.

Weekly horoscope emails are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which stores the addresses in the European Union and also measures whether emails are opened and which links are clicked.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to:

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local data protection authority.

Children

Arcanaia is not intended for children under 14.
